Abstract Information


All the participants are invited to submit an abstract. There are three abstract categories.


  • Invited Talks
  • Oral Presentation (Flash Talk)
  • Poster Presentation


Invited talks are with prior invitations only. You may submit an abstract for Poster Presentation or Oral Presentation (Flash talk). Few abstracts will be selected under the flash talk category where the author would be given 5 – 7 minutes for the presentation and the remaining abstracts from this category will be considered for a poster presentation.  Abstracts will be reviewed by the conference publication committee members and authors of the accepted abstracts for a flash talk or poster presentation will be communicated.  All the accepted abstracts will be published in the conference booklet.


Poster boards will be provided to display your posters.


Please note: 
  • You are required to register for the iFANS2023, before you submit the abstract. 

  • Abstracts must be submitted online through the conference website. Abstract submissions by any other means like offline mail or email etc. will not be entertained. 

  •   One participant can submit only one poster abstract as a presenting author, however he/she may be a non-presenting author on other abstracts. 

  • The length of the abstract is limited to 250 words. 

  • Don’t forget to review your abstract before final submission.


Please note that accepted abstracted are considered as public information and will be published on the conference website. By submitting an abstract you agree to post the abstract on the conference website. 


Poster Specifications:

Poster boards will be available to display your poster at the conference venue. Vertical dimension of your poster should be 36 inch (3 feet) wide  x  48 inch (4 feet) high. As the posters will be displayed next to each other, there will not be any room for overflow on the horizontal sides. 


Poster Session: 

There will be two poster sessions. Date and time of the poster sessions is available with the detailed program below. Presenting authors would be required to be present close to his/her poster during the poster session.  


Best Poster Awards:

Best poster awards will be presented to the most accomplished poster presentations at the conference. Poster committee would evaluate all the posters for their design, clarity of the data presentation, scientific content and communication ability of the presenter.
